This Is Not a Government Office. This is a privately run reference site. We cannot obtain criminal records, perform official checks, change government data, or receive Nevada record sealing papers. Contact the record's government custodian directly.
Need an Official Record?
Use the office tied to the record. Nye County routes sheriff records, court records, and statewide criminal history through different custodians:
- Arrest, incident, and booking records: submit the Nye County Sheriff's Office option on the county Public Records Requests page or call the correct command-area records line
- Court case files: review the criminal court case record process, then contact the clerk for the Justice Court or District Court that holds the file
- Own Nevada criminal history: use the RCCD record-request channel, review the criminal-history instructions, and complete Form DPS-006 with a rolled fingerprint card; no unrestricted public repository name search is available
- Police and accident reports: request the report from the law-enforcement agency that created it
- Record sealing: confirm forms, copies, fees, and filing steps with the court that had jurisdiction over the case
- General county records: contact Public Communications at 2100 Walt Williams Drive, Suite 110, Pahrump, NV 89048, or 775-751-6336; court files do not use that general channel
